Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve backend Yardi issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations across our properties.
• Execute ledger corrections, including credit adjustments and post-month corrections, with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to staff members on Yardi functionalities, empowering them to leverage the system effectively.
• Conduct on-site staff training sessions to ensure that property management teams are proficient in using Yardi software.
• Review Gross Potential Rent Report and Pre-Post reports for accuracy monthly, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Yardi software to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
