We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and project coordination. The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Development and Implementation of the Project Execution Plan.
  • Prepare All Subcontracts in conjunction with the Project Execution Plan and in accordance with T&H Construction Procedures.
  • Process and review shop drawings, samples, etc. and present to Owner or Architect for Final Approval.
  • Develop accurate and timely communication (verbal and written) between field site and home office, inclusive of daily site conditions, productivity, schedule, and safety related activities.
  • Procure and oversee all documentation for Procore, including properly prepared plan rooms, submittals, RFI’s, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Provide all information set up for Procore Project Management Software and utilize all Procore required management tasks.
  • Using Procore – Ensure the Project Site Team has current electronic copies of all project - related information. This includes Contract Drawings, Submittals, Product Data, Color Schedule, Subcontract Agreements, Project Correspondence, etc.
  • Conduct On-Site Inspections of the project to assure the work in progress is being constructed per T&H Standards and Project Specific Requirements.
  • Procure all closeout documentation per the Project Specifications.  This includes As-Built Drawings, Product Warranties, Attic-Stock Materials, etc.
  • Prepare progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project goals are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Procore Construction Management Software Experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
